Most Eyebrow-Raising Headline of the Week

"Pride and prejudice: Gay lions seen in Kenya 'need counselling' and 'must have been influenced by homosexual men behaving badly in national parks' says country's 'moral policeman'" - Daily Mail

Despite the fact that homosexuality among lions has been observed for decades, Dr Mutua is convinced that the lions would either have spotted gay men having sex in front of them, or been possessed by demons.

TSB: I thought Juan Cole did a great job of summarizing what happened in Saudi Arabia: Saudi Saturday Night Massacre: Billionaire Bin Talal, dozens of others Arrested
By Juan Cole | Nov. 5, 2017 | = "Consolidating Power Biggly"
https://www.juancole.com/2017/11/saturday-massacre-arrested.html

And after 1 year of "The Battle of the Swamp Creatures" it looks to me like the winner is Putin because he has essentially sacked the two Presidential candidates plus Obama with their own legal system. Just dangle a few hundred million in front of these greedy crony capitalists
and they will lie their way to oblivion, pretty much dividing and paralyzing the Empire. Round 2 starts in a couple weeks. gwb

TSB: Texas Church Shooting Leaves 26 Dead; Suspect Was Dishonorably Discharged From Air Force: How long have we been trying to get the suicide rate for vets down under 20? Endless war isn't for everyone and it looks like this guy was another casualty of it. Not to mention everyone in that Texas town. gwb

This Texas shooter spent four years in the USAF (including one year in prison for two domestic violence convictions) in a supply job in the U.S. He can't claim any trauma. He inflicts it on others.

TSB:No wonder I was thinking we need to fire some Navy Admirals. The were all "hooked up" with "Fat Leonard" since the 90's and they were waiting to snare them all at once! The Justice Department’s probe into a corruption scandal revolving around an Asian defense contractor has expanded to include 60 admirals and hundreds of officers with the US Seventh Fleet, which is going through turmoil after deadly ship collisions.
The Navy confirmed it has been reviewing the conduct of 440 active duty and retired personnel for possible violations of military law or federal ethics rules in their dealing with Leonard Glenn Francis, a Singapore-based maritime tycoon known colloquially as “Fat Leonard.” Among those investigated are 60 current and former admirals, according to the Washington Post.

TSB: GET IN HERE AND SPECULATE WHY RAND PAUL WAS ATTACKED
(the real fly) Rand's neighbor of 17 years ambushed the good Senator while mowing his lawn and beat the stuffing out of him, cracking 5 ribs, knocking out 3 teeth, and possibly breaking his jaw. He was charged with a 4th degree assault and released on a laughable $7,500 bail. What?!
Rand's staff has been downplaying it and his neighbors' lawyer said it was an altercation of a 'trivial' event. What?!
This is clearly a big story and a great advertisement for watching college football on Saturday afternoons. Look for Rand Paul's next tv interview in late January. gwb

TSB: British Woman Faces Execution In Egypt For Bringing Painkillers For Her Husband's Bad Back
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-11-07/british-woman-faces-execution-egypt-bringing-painkillers-her-husbands-bad-back

Tramadol and naproxen, makes me wonder, do 1st time travelers to foreign countries get a list of drugs they are
ALLOWED to take with them? If you got the death penalty for taking we sure would have solved our opioid crisis by now. Sound like that Egyptian prison system is a little repressive. gwb

TSB: RT.com ordered to register as a foreign agent by Monday or be arrested...on the same day WikiLeaks releases: CIA wrote code 'to impersonate' Russia’s Kaspersky Lab anti-virus company, WikiLeaks says. (ignored by US media)

RT is a great place to find out whatever is being ignored in the US media which is just about everything that doesn't have to do with Trump being a Russian agent. gwb Those arrests will be interesting. Have we ever arrested a news service before? Did know that Norman Rockwell was a big Stalinist in the 1930's in Minnesota?

GWB: Do you mean Norman Thomas, the six-time Presidential candidate on the Socialist Party of America ticket? He was very big in the 1930s. Minnesota has three times elected a Socialist mayor, so that was Thomas' wheelhouse.
