A C-17 military plane dropped a Humvee prematurely over a neighborhood in Harnett County Wednesday afternoon, Fort Bragg officials confirmed. No one was injured ... "Everything went as planned except for the early release," said Fort Bragg spokesperson Tom McCollum.

I think my idea might be better though. Develop an individual kitchen sink dispenser so individuals could adjust their dose as needed. The main problem in treating manic-depressives is that there is such a wide spectrum in what a person needs at a particular time that many just go off their meds when they are feeling real good and then can't be convinced to go back on. Combining alcohol, marijuana or opiates is a deadly problem too. Electroshock therapy is making a comeback for about $1200 minimum a pop. Another possible answer is quit watching television and playing video games.
That kitchen dispenser / self-medicator is a freekishly good idea. I'm actually surprised it doesn't already exist.
