A May Day-Decembrist ticket! (Obscure reference maybe, but it amuses me.) https://t.co/hHos0h5ihI

Well, the Decembrist part is definitely obscure, as well as not really the best historical fit for Comrade 'honeymoon in the USSR' Sanders, but you get the idea.
Is this just the ticket to revive the political fortunes of the Democratic Party, which are currently at a historically low 29 percent favorability rating?
I wouldn't care to speculate about that except to note that young men are probably going to remain alienated from the AOC-and-Bernie appeal.

There's a reason it's called a blind- date.
Ha! Yes, maybe they can avoid taking a good look at each other. They can hope the voters will do the same.
It won't work neither with the voters or within the "ahem" Democratic party.

Wooh! It's too early in the morning for that photo!
I can stand to see far-left women when they look like 1960s Jane Fonda, but not those two.
You still around, Doge didn't get you!
James - I appreciate your concern! I'm still keeping a step ahead of DOGE, although, frankly, it'll be a long time before they get around to my small and obscure corner of the vast Washington complex.
You worried?

Maybe I'm too optimistic, but DOGE is pretty much passing over gov't functions engaged in "public safety, law enforcement, and immigration enforcement," and that's a large enough umbrella to cover my particular office. Anyway, I'm easily old enough to retire any time, so there isn't much of a downside for me whatever happens.
Heh!
