TSB: Since Homeland Security announced that hackers (prob.Russian) had placed trojan horse viruses in all kinds of critical infrastructure in the US I have been wondering why that was a one day story. It looks like they probably got a phone call from Michael Hayden to shut up because NSA doesn't want these problems fixed. Whether it is CYA or we don't know what to do it's not reassuring. gwb
Actually Joshua Landis is the best on this. He says negotiate a partition giving Assad the SW and coast to include Alawite NW and Aleppo; ISIS gets the SE to NW border with Turkey and other rebels get their own section up there. Turkey needs to move in to enforce. US strategy is worthless. gwb
