Twitter Emergency

Russian President Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev got this far in life without a Twitter account, but now that he has one he is busily sending out the usual drivel:

I see from Medvedev's Twitter page that he is following only four other tweeters (and two of them are Obama), so he urgently needs suggestions for more. I'm sending him this one:
