Trump Rally Protester Charged and Released

That guy who tried to jump on the stage at the Donald Trump rally in Dayton, Ohio, was charged in Montgomery County with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and inducing panic, and released a few hours later after posting a $300 bail. His name is Thomas Dimassimo, age 22, a senior at Wright State University.

The Dayton Daily News has an actually informative report on him here: Suspect preplanned to interrupt Dayton Trump rally.
The protester who rushed the stage at Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Vandalia told police he “preplanned” it, according to a police report obtained from the Dayton Police Department.

After he was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, Thomas DiMassimo, 22, told police all he planned to do was run up on stage, take the microphone and yell, “Donald Trump is a racist,” the report states.

DiMassimo told police he “had no intention of hurting anyone” and said he “preplanned” the incident because “he gave his keys to his girlfriend to take his car home before the rally,” according to the report.

-- Snip --

One of the Secret Service agents reported that he saw DiMassimo “grab an unknown citizen by the shoulder and pulled him out of his way,” before jumping the metal fence and run toward the stage, the report states.

DiMassimo was taken down about four feet from the stage and a Secret Service agent “busted his own nose as he fell on top of DiMassimo” while attempting to handcuff him, according to the report.

DiMassimo was charged with “inducing panic because he created a situation of panic among approximately 5,000 citizens,” the report said.

He was also charged with disorderly conduct “because he engaged in a conduct that caused inconvenience, annoyance, and alarm to citizens and Donald Trump that had an effect which interrupted the speech,” according to the report.

Viral videos and Facebook pages by his detractors notwithstanding, the guy has no connection to ISIS. Only slightly better than being connected to ISIS, however, "Tommy" DiMassimo is a former child actor. Plus, he has a history of protests that suggests his attention-seeking days are not over yet.

Symptomatic of his confusion over life role models, he evidently goes by the name Marlon Brando @younglionking7 on Twitter. Huh? Brando was an adult actor, and The Lion King was a cartoon baby animal. You can't be both. Tommy, pick a life and stick with it.

Whether another Brando or The Lion King, he came close to not getting any older when he rushed to within four feet of a Presidential candidate. That kid probably has no idea how lucky he is not to have been shot by jumpy police and Secret Service agents.

TSB: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-03-14/did-john-kasich-just-say-no-mitt-romney-endorsement

It doesn't get much funnier than this. Kasich invites Mitt to help him over the hump on the last day. Naturally Mitt assumes Kasich wants his endorsement to beat Trump. (Mitt still thinks he might have to run to save the GOP) .... and total chaos ensues ! I found the popcorn and will be looking at this as the greatest unreported story of the week! ... unless Trump blasts them all. gwb

$394,000 in campaign donations for democrats by Fed staffers doesn't mean they are partisan. I would tell Bernie about this but his campaign is more high tech than my bank. You can't contact a human being there. It's starting to look like they bet on the wrong jockey! Is Eddie Arcaro still around? Wait! What about 'little marco'?gwb

TSB: Paul Ryan's budget deal with Obama just got shot down by a conservative revolt. This plan is right out of the Koch brothers' playbook from the 70's when they totally ignored epa guidelines on benzene toxicity in their refineries. The first cancer case from benzene developed 20 yrs later..a leukemia case dx'd in 1991. He cleaned gasoline tanks for them with no protection for 20 years, got the required blood tests done under the clean air protection act. After he got leukemia Koch let him work in the same conditions for 3 more years w/o protection and sometimes receiving transfusions of up to 5 units of blood to keep him going.

When he died they paid him his accumulated sick leave (6 months) and denied any further responsibility. No labor and industry claim was ever filed as required by state law. His wife fought for 10 years legally and finally got a paltry settlement from them but was forbidden to say anything for another 10 years. There were many more claims treated the same way. (An avalanche of cancer cases of all kinds!) I just had a similar case this past week.) That is why you never hear Koch Brothers discussed by Paul Ryan or current conservative members facing re-election. EPA regulations are totally unenforceable for ears, eyes, cancer, toxic dumps, lead poisoned waters, you name it! And the world-wide pollution industry is at stake here! Trump and Bernie need to be stopped!! Just ask the Chinese. gwb

OhOhHereWeGo TSB! Trump isn't on the ballot in Palm Beach County!

Also, Republican official says delegates can vote for anyone they want on the 1st ballot! The fix is (almost) in! Plus, Limbaugh says the nominee will be Jeb! (Who announced in 2014 he planned to lose the primaries and win the convention...because he would have the most $$$.) gwb

Eddie Arcaro? I had him confused with Phil Rizzuto at first. You got me to look up the Meatloaf video where he had Rizzuto do the play-by-play voice over. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ex4s4jXLZkg

so, thanks! I saw Meatloaf and Patti Russo perform that at a college concert one time, and it was even better in person. I'm watching it now while watching the primary results come in.

Taking a late nite dinner break to watch the CFPB hearing on C-SPAN which I would characterize as: 'May we see your private emails please?' and 'Who authorized you to spend $215 million dollars to upgrade your office? Of course, it was all covered by the Dodd-Frank legislation which allows anyone associated with the financial industry to screw the taxpayers as much as they want as long as it's not documented in government emails or testimony. Boy! are these representatives spitting mad to find their subpoenas ignored and laughed at by the Chairman, Charles Cordray, who has followed the Clinton playbook to a T. 'Sure it's a revolving door with me and my buddies but you guys wrote the law! As long as we are all controlled by lobbyists and big donors what makes you better than me?'

Just wait til Hillary gets a shot at these rascals! She will double their budget and require them to include more gay financial people to approve buildings and furnishing outlays as well as yoga classes. gwb

TSB: Two Whit: Former Fed Employee Avoids Jail, Gets $2,000 Fine For Stealing Fed Secrets On Behalf Of Goldman Sachs: As Reuters reports, Jason Gross was the latest former banker to make a mockery of the US judicial system when he was spared prison on Wednesday, "disappointing prosecutors who said his leaking of confidential documents to a friend at Goldman Sachs Group justified time behind bars."

Instead Gross, 37, was fined $2,000 by U.S. Magistrate Judge Gabriel Gorenstein in Manhattan and sentenced to a year of probation with 200 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of theft of government property.

Prosecutors had sought six to 12 months in prison for Gross, who in November admitted to providing confidential information to Rohit Bansal, his former supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York who had left to work at Goldman Sachs.

According to Judge Gorenstein getting away with just a fine and some community service had already sent "a powerful message to others."

The message for those unaware, is that go ahead and steal Fed data and share with whatever bank you want, and if you are caught not only will you not go to prison and may a token fee, but once absolved of all evil, that same bank will most likely hire you to "compensate" you for your troubles. (So GS runs the country and they also Run Hillary Clinton!! And you think Hillary is going to pay the price for that?) LOL! cough, cough. gwb

TSB: Larry Wilmore has a comedian rapper named 2chainsexplainz. He can explain anything to black people or stupid white people like me. (a HUUGE demographic)
So, I am learning to figure stuff out like him and won't have to look stuff up.

2CHAINZEXPLAINZ The Pledge! The Pledge was demanded by all the real republican conservatives and Trump said NO! (proving he wasn't a real conservative) Then he had a chat with Rinse Priebus and Took The Pledge! (with an option) proving he's not a real conservative. Now the 3 establishment guys have renounced the pledge.. which proves THEY ARE ALL REPUBLICANS! which is why Trump was successful from the beginning! Next week I will try to sexplainz Hillary. gwb

TSB: You would have thought it was the apocalypse in SLC to hear Megyn Kelly and Steve Ducie jr. urging on the protestors but Trump spent 45 minutes with a tightly packed, rowdy crowd of about 500 at the Infinity Event Center in downtown Salt Lake City. On the other hand, 'The Berne' had 14,000 earlier in SLC with no protests and will be back again on Monday for the thousands who had to be turned away. (average age about the same as those old time Mormon brides). I'm predicting a big win for the Berne! gwb

TSB: US media doesn't mention which airline check-in desk was hit in Brussels. gwb
BREAKING NEWS: At least 28 dead after suicide bomber attacks American Airlines check-in desk at Brussels Airport before a SECOND blast hits Metro station just yards from EU headquarters. (From the pictures I would guess there might be some Americans among the casualties. It looks like this is a lot easier to pull off than bringing down an airliner.)

I saw the BMW-for-food-stamps story, and it made me wonder. Why, exactly, can't you buy a card and make the payments with an EBT card? Okay, so a BMW was out of that guy's reach - insurance, maintenance, and even gas costs would have been too much - but why not a good economy car like a Nissan Versa?

TSB: You have to remember, Tampa,Fla is not Palo Alto. (The city council has unanimously passed a housing plan that would essentially subsidize new housing for what qualifies as middle-class nowadays, families making from $150,000 to $250,000 a year.) But the Versa is a nice car so your plan is worth considering.

In other news, Ted Cruz says he would add many more police to patrol Islamic neighborhoods and keep an eye on potential terrorists. With that announcement Mike Huckabee has now endorsed him. gwb

TSB: As usual, there is something fishy going on with this Brussel's airport story.
1. The bombs destroyed the check in area for UAL, American and Delta. I'm not saying that is targeting USA but it's fishy. 2. News stories say only a few of the dead were Americans. But where is the breakdown of where the dead and wounded are from? Nobody is even asking that question. That's fishy! 3.Donald Trump was the first to warn about Brussels weeks ago. About how it was so nice 20 years ago but now it's a hellhole of no-go radical neighborhoods. And now all the establishment Republicans are calling for a US led massive invasion of Syria...right after the peace agreement with Putin falls apart. That's fishy! In fact, a top Clinton advisor called for it just hours after the attack. 4. 3/22 is a number near and dear to the dark hearts of GWB and Kerry!
