Saudi Female Journalist Asks: Don't These Terrorists Emerge From Our Environment?

Now, this is something completely different. A Saudi TV newscaster spent three minutes of a broadcast on April 3 lambasting her fellow Muslims for their refusal to admit the connection between Islam and Islamic extremist terrorism.
We witness people competing in an attempt to be the first to prove that everything that is happening has nothing to do with the Muslims, and that the terrorists are highway robbers and homeless alcoholics and drug addicts. We all know that the number of the homeless in Europe is very high. They sleep in the streets and beg for alms, and some of them are alcoholics or drug addicts, but we do not expect these addicts or criminals to even consider coming here and blowing up a mosque or a street in our city. It is we who blow ourselves up. It is we who blow up others.

Why do we shed our own conscience? Why do the sheikhs, the pundits, the journalists, and all the Arab officials insist upon [not] using their conscience when they point to the perpetrators? Don't these perpetrators emerge from our environment? Don't their families belong to our society? Didn't anyone you know - someone from your city, a neighbor, someone from your street, a relative, a nephew, a grandson, a father, or a mother - go to Syria or Iraq to wage Jihad?

After the abominable Brussels bombings, it's time for us to feel shame and to stop acting as if the terrorists are a rarity. We must admit that they are present everywhere, that their nationality is Arab, and that they adhere to the religion of Islam. We must acknowledge that we are the ones who gave birth to them, and who have made them memorize the teachings of all the Salafi books. We must admit that it is the schools and universities that we established that told them the others are infidels.

I've read that Nadine Al-Budair is a Saudi journalist and women's rights activist (yes, both of those things at the same time) who lives in Dubai, and was formerly a presenter on the Arabic-language American television channel Alhurra. That channel is owned by the Middle East Broadcasting Networks, which is funded by the Broadcasting Board of Governors.

If the USG has had anything to do with her career, then that is exactly how I would want my tax money spent.

TSB:James; Speaking of bravery how about Nuland? Seems like only yesterday she installed 'Yatzy' to uproot corruption in Ukraine. gwb

Did the Panama Papers just claim their second victim?

Just days after Rothschild was forced to defend Ukraine's billionaire president Petro Poroshenko from his involvement in with the Panamanian tax haven law firm Mossack Fonseca, when it said that "as a matter of principle, we never comment on individuals or client relationships, but on this occasion we have been authorized by our client to confirm that Rothschild Trust has been appointed by Mr Poroshenko as trustee of a blind trust to hold his shares in Roshen", moments ago Ukraine's embattled prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced that he had resigned, according to local media reports.

"I decided to resign from the post of Ukraine's prime minister. On Tuesday, April 12, the decision will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian parliament]", Yatsenyuk said as quoted by Ukrainian TV channels Sunday.

Yatsenyuk said that destabilization in Ukraine is "inevitable" if a new government is not formed, which is a dramatic change from his position just several weeks ago when he decided to dig in to his post, created by the active US intervention in early 2014 when "Yats" was preappointed to run the local government by none other than the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State, Victoria Nuland.

So what's next for Yatzi? Refugee status in US and a consulting contract with State Department to help find out what went wrong?

TSB: US BANS IMPORT OF GOODS MADE BY SLAVE LABOR!

MVqIitVcSrk

Apparently, til now, the law was that slave labor goods couldn't be imported UNLESS demand for those goods could not be met by non-slave labor! What a country! We have gone from the biggest supporter of slave labor in the world to a leader in stopping it. Just in time for the election. This could add billions to Trump's wall. gwb

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

If Thomas could see the US
His look would be one of distress
His great USA
Now moral decay
A sad constitutional mess

TSB: I think Bernie should shift his 'let us see the transcripts' line of attack for tonites debate. Instead of trying to find out what was in those speeches, he should go to a direct question about why this was done. Obviously Hillary received about $28 million during the period right before launching her campaign. This allowed her to loan that money to her campaign to spend on setting up statewide organizations in all the early states. (confirmed by emails and records) This, at a time when Bernie had no money, gave her a huge running start and it's also illegal.
gwb (The masses need some new tidbits of corruption to tell their friends and parents plus that might make Hillary and Wolf look nervousier.)

TSB: Who needs huge crowds? According to the Guardian, 27% of NY voters aren't registered in either party. If you decided to vote for Bernie you would have had to register as a 'D' by October 27th. Hillary could personally hang Bernie on a cross and still win easily in NY. (But he would probably survive and still kill her on the west coast.) gwb

TSB:Wolf and Bernie kept hitting Hillary hard last night on her ties to the big financial interests. She was ready with the same reply: "Show me the evidence."

Here is some evidence for Bernie:Every Single Bloody Market Is Manipulated ... See For Yourself

Gold and Silver Are Manipulated
Deutsche Bank admitted today that it participated with other big banks in manipulating gold and silver prices. (And he goes on to cite 8 other major markets with timely admissions of total manipulation for years. Regulators looking the other way.) It would take 20 minutes to cite all the evidence. Might be Hillary's last debate for awhile. gwb

This was my favorite moment of the night. Hillary gets so upset when anyone points out how scripted, poll tested and sold out she is. gwb (and she's only leading 'the Berne' by 2 points in NY now. Could be a squeaker!)
