Last Sunday at 4 in the afternoon two young men were chased by a vehicle onto the beach of a resort in Acapulco, Mexico, and shot to death in close proximity to tourists, who continued to enjoy the sun and sea while police processed the crime scene.

JH: The blasé reaction of Acapulco's tourists is a good indicator of how common Mexican drug gang violence is now. They probably intuited - correctly - that the shootings were no direct threat to them, so they went back to sipping drinks while the police tagged and bagged the victims.
Yeah, just like the herd of Wildebeest that quit running for they know the lions are not after them............this time.
