As much as I detest social credit scoring - I mean, this isn't Communist China yet - the switch from periodic clearance updates to continuous monitoring is probably a good thing. The details matter: what exactly gets monitored? Only stuff like criminal charges and bankruptcy, or personal opinions such as on your social media?
I for one feel profoundly safe knowing we have these people tending to our security!
