Most Eyebrow-Raising Headline of the Week

Dog named Trigger shoots owner while hunting - WANE, North Webster, Indiana

Allie Carter, 25, of Avilla was hunting waterfowl at Tri-County Fish and Wildlife Area on Saturday.

Carter was apparently repositioning herself while hunting and placed her 12-gauge shotgun on the ground at her feet. That’s when the Department of Natural resources said her 10-year-old chocolate Labrador, “which is ironically  and aptly named Trigger,” stepped on the shotgun. The gun went off and shot Carter in the foot, point-blank.

Carter reportedly did not complete a hunter education course.

It is a well known fact that dogs (regardless of name) are very poor shots. Reportedly they are unable to learn good posture.

The lack of opposable thumbs keeps them from getting a good grasp on a shotgun. Otherwise it would be "okay bucko, down YOU sit up and beg"

TSB;James: I thought Trigger was a horse? But 'putting'that aside for the moment watch out for this new program if Hillary get's elected: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-10-30/chinas-communist-party-bans-golf

TSB:
Don't be absurd, it was a Labrador, probably doesn't speak english.

A Labrador might say "okay Bucko, now YOU site up and beg, EH?"

China is banning golf? That's a trap. It means we'll be admitting refugee Chinese millionaires who have a reasonable fear of persecution if they return home.

TSB: This could be trouble if it turns out a US missile shot down a plane full of Russkies! gwb (unless they were Russian golfers?) gwb

A missile seems the least credible cause for the crash, since the plane was at 30,000 feet, way above the range of any man-portable weapon, when whatever happened happened. More likely it was just an airline crash. Time will tell.

Well TSB, it looks like you are right again... just a plane crash. Except that in this case the plane had a severe tail strike years ago on landing after which they decided to discontinue production. The Russians had a bunch of them and couldn't afford to quit flying them. The slapped a new tail on it and said: "That should hold for a while. I think it held for about it held for about 15 years.
